Hi Group,
Just purchased an 86 Toyota 4Runner 22re 5 speed 4wd, almost completely stock. Only the second owner. Got a few little problems, but nothing a little money won't fix up. Runs good/great.
I've had a couple 4wds in the past, a Suburban and a Jimmy. They weren't NOTHING compared to this baby. I've had it already out on some stuff that turned away my other vehicles. Scaring the spouse whenever I get the chance.
Got a kid who is a Toyota salesman, and a trustworthy repair shop in town. Got about a quarter of a million miles on the machine, and I plan on willing it to my kids when I go - hopefully not for another 20 years or so.
So I'm sure I can come back again and again to get questions answered. Like: how hard is it to replace the front running light housing?
