Default New to the site and A/C question

What's up everyone. I'm new to the site and I'm glad I found a site dedicated to the 4Runner. I belong to the Lesabre T-Type site and was hoping to find one for the 4Runner.

Have a question regarding the A/C. I replaced the compressor last year, along with the low pressure line, had the system vacuumed and added new freon and oil. This past April, it worked fine. Now, for some reason it's not. I'm hearing a clicking sound from inside the dash by the glove compartment. Is there a relay for the A/C?

Any input is appreciated.

Thanks,

Thanks for the reply. It's blowing, sometimes some cold air, most of the time warm. The clutch does click on and off. It's weird, sometimes it clicks on and off often, which would tell me low freon. But lately, it clicks on and off normal but, I hear the clicking inside behind the glove compartment, which makes me think, maybe the relay is shot? Is there a relay for this?

I Appreciate your help

when it clicks on and off as normal, does it get cold? if so, i would say that it is indeed an electrical issue of some sort, possible something going south, but a bad relay wouldnt likely come and go...so im thinking maybe a loose connection?
