Speedometer cable problem

Speedometer cable problem
Hello 
I have a 93 4 runner, 4 wheel drive, automatic.
Exchanging out tansmission and the replacement uses a manual speedometer cable and mine uses an electric cable. Well I mess up the computer system some how if I put the manual speedometer cable transmission in and not the electric cable tranny?
Only use my 4 runner off road, so not worried about the speed.
