Default Fuse Replacement

I traced my son's 4runner problems to a blown 120A Alternator fuse. This style fuse is new to me. A clear removable cap with visible blown linkage. I attempted to pull the fuse with no success. Before applying additiona force I want to ensure that there's no specific method to removal of the fuse. Also, where can I find a replacement fuse. I've searched the Toyota site and every auto parts site I can find on the internet and can't seem to locate this style of fuse.

Any input would be appreciated.
