i have a 1991 4runner v6 and there is fuel leaking from (what looks like) the top of the fuel tank and it only leaks when it's started? what could it be fuel return line? coroded line? and is there an access panel?

Your fuel leak is provobly coming from your return lines or your fuel feed line. You can access your fuel feed line from the inspection plate under the right side rear seat under the carpet. You can inspect the fuel return line from under the vehicel. Slide under the passenger side and locate the fuel tank. look at the top of the fuel tank and you will see two small rubber hoses connecting to the fuel tank, these are your fuel return lines.
