My aunt just bought an 05 4Runner and her brakes failed today for the second time this year (luckily she was not driving at high speeds). She got her truck last year around this time and shortly after the brakes failed. They told her that there were similar cases and that it was something with air in the master cylinder. This time she is still unsure of what is wrong this time however she is very reluctant to get back in the vehicle, and with good reason. I just wanted to put this out there and see if there was anyone out there with any similar occurances?

 

sorry, she bought the vehicle in Dec 04 and the breaks failed in June 05 at 5000kms. Now in Nov 06 they've failed again at 26,000. Help!!!
