Default Thinking of buying a 4runnner

At least a 97 because of the body style. What should i look out for when going to buy and how much should i spend? Im thinking some where along the lines of 4g's?

BTW is there any other 4runner forums? It seems JTIMports is the only person who posts.

Thanks, Adam

Welcome to the boards.

4g's for a 97, good luck. Thats more of what you will pay for a nice 93-95. It still might be possible.

Yeah im about the only one during the week, the weekend it usually gets more busy.

No other directly related 4-runner forums I know of. There are off-road etc... webpages that have toyota sections.

I have seen them for around that price range. Im also not really to scared to jump into something with high miles because i work for Lexus and i would be able to get it worked on for cheap. I just have to keep on looking, i wont be one of those 3 post kinda guys either all be a frequent poster.

Yes, they are the same as the 95. Granted depending on the package you might have to replace the fender flares with an aftermarket company since the 97 I believe was when they started tieing in the running boards and the fender flares.
