The passenger power seat wont recline or move back and forth. Does anyone know what to look for or how to fix that?

 

It's most likely an issue with the cable underneath the chair getting disconnected. You should see the cable run horizontally underneath from one end of the chair to the next. If for some reason the cable's hooked up properly and it still is stalling, check to see if there's a substantial buildup of dust or other obstructions under and around the cable. Granted, that incident was minor at best and pulled up from a previous thread elsewhere and the owner had a 1st gen 4Runner.

If problems persist, I'd take it by your dealership or mechanic and have them give a look-see.
