Ok I got a 1988 DLX 4runner. i just recently bought it it has 222800 miles 30000 on the engine since rebuild. i bought it needing a clutch. well i replaced it with a cheap autozone kit and went offroadin at my trails which are pretty rough and my clutch broke, shattered and snapped. i took it apart flywheel is perfectly smooth pressure plate was broke. but the bellhousing was missing bolts, i figured any play in the engine and tranny may have caused it, so i got bolts i went and bought a Fenco clutch kit for 100 bucks. put it in yesterday and it almost seemed like it was slippin today after offroadin in the snow.. my brakes are real bad the rear ones i think lock up when im drivin and grind a little you think drivin it like that is wearing my clutches? i dunno im gunna replace the brakes all around and if the clutch goes out again ill get the badest clutch and flywheel made out there but any ideas on my truck let me know. wuts a good clutch and flywheel
