Default 95 toyota 4runner with a 92 engine

hi, i just bought a 95 toyota 4runner 3.0 in very good shape with a blown engine. I right now own a 92 toyota 4runner 3.0 with a transmission problem and more so i decided to put the 92 engine in the 95. After changing the motor it started and seem to be working ok for about 10 sec then it started to idle roughly almost bogging. This is what i tried so far:
-putting the 92 ecu in the 95 still the same.
-cleaning the mass air flow sensor (mafs) on top of the air filter. (if thats where it is not even sure can u please confirm?)
-if i unplug the mafs it idles fine for 5 sec then bogs.
I took it for a test drive even if it idles roughfly to see and it stoped and now doesnt even wanna start no more. If anyone as any suggestion please help.
thanx in advanced

You can find the schematic here or online, I have seen it before so I know it can be found. So you can make sure, its a rats nest so if its not right you can be doing all the troubleshooting for a LONG time.
