This will be my first post and excited to be a new 4runner member. I use to drive a beat up 92 honda civic cx hatchback, so this is my first toyota and have bought a 96 4runner limited with 72000miles... This weekend I am installing a pionier dvd/raidio and going to use the stock speackers and power the speakers with the 45x4 that this raidio says it puts out..

What size are the speakers in the front and rear door? Is there any type of speaker plate to install a bigger speaker if anyone has done this info would be great!!!! And has anyone changed the one inch speakers that are on the door by the dash? and if so do any fit or special modification needed?

I plan on adding my 2 amplifers to power all my speakers, but I am concerned on where to put them, I would like to hide them somewhere, but they both don't fit in the side pocket in the hatch area, infact one does not really fit in the pocket, any ideas?

What is the vent on the left hand side? is there room on this side also? why a pocket on the right side and not the left?

Is there black emblems that I can buy from toyota for this model? or do I buy some new chrome set and paint them black?

Where do I find my color code and how do I look up what color it actually is? LOL sounds like a stupid question but I am having a hard time....
