Default cricket lick chirping noise

so i've been having this chirping noise, it only happens in the morning or when its kind of cold out, and the car hasn't been ran yet. it goes away after maybe five minutes if that, i just have to drive around the block once and it goes away and won't come back until the car has had enough time to cool down completley like over night. so i'm wondering if its the water pump its wierd how it goes away though i've checked the belts and altenator pulley bearing. so i hope some one can help. as i dont want catastrophic damage and the chirping bugs the crap out of me.
