does anyone know where i can find aftermarket altezza tail lights for my 1993 toyota 4runner? please help i want them badly!!!!! will the ones for the pickup models work?

I have seen them on 90's pickups and 4Runners, I'm not sure where you can get them but they do make them. Why would you want them?
